  • That was super difficult! I’ve done it once before, but was definitely harder this time for some reason! I only managed to do 6-10 reps for each exercise, couldn’t keep up! Haha. Great workout, looking forward to doing it again!

  • holy cow that was tough. tackled this right after i did a ladder/pyramid/hiit workout of yours and i am dead. pretty sure i'll be crawling tomorrow. p.s. would love to see some more 1000 calorie workouts. i love the structure of those workouts and i love the burn!

  • Try the Spartan 1000 (Spartan 500 + Spartan 500 Round 2 back to back) Extremely brutal!

  • I pushed myself too hard and ended up being nauseous and light headed. I'll keep my eye on this one and attempt it again in a couple of weeks. I can use it as a pointer to see what my current fitness level is.

  • incredible wkout in a very short period.. if you can do 30-40 min regular sessions, put one of these in weekly or bi weeky..  it will give you another level to shoot for and you are dead after but you feel great!
